Balance Things Out
This is a rising problem, certainly more so in the beginners of the gym environment. The common belief is that you can train for 5 hours a day, heavy lifting, do that for a month and you will be big. Technically, this may sound right – but there is a little factor in play called over training.
Over training is essentially when your body says enough is enough, which will then cause your muscles to stop growing, and you wasting your time exhausting yourself. Rather, for particularly challenging days, take a day off.
