Hi everybody this is regarding fitness and exercise I m doing Brazil butt lift?

starting Monday I already do weights and other kibds of workouts but I wanna try something new I wanted to know if I can do brazil butt lift with other workouts I do weight training 3 times a week but I want to know if I can incorporate my weight training and I do alot of squats with it combined with brazil butt lift workouts I would really appreciate any feedback anyone has and has used it have a great Friday peeps!
