Honda replaced my serpentine belt but my car is now taking longer to crank.?

Honda recently replaced my serpentine belt (2012 Honda Civic, 185k miles).

I noticed that on cold starts, the car takes longer to crank and then eventually starts.. sounds like it doesn t want to start but then does.

I will take it to Honda but I m just curious what this is likely caused by? Loose belt? Tight belt? Pulley issue?

No noticeable squealing, just the crank time.. instead of the usual 1-3 seconds, now my car takes about 3-5.
