How can I become fit and ripped?

Alright so I weigh about 150 lbs I’m around 5’10” and I’m 21. Im pretty slim but not fit. I wanna shape my body into a nice fit ripped form and was wondering what would be the best route to take in terms of what exercises I should do and food I should eat? Now I don’t want to be super buff just nice a fit and slightly ripped.
