Im 16 5’8″,130lbs and i want to get big and possibly be 155lbs by the end of summer. Do you guys have any recommendations on my diet what i should be eating to speed up the process. And if i should drink any protein shakes and if i should drink protein shakes which brand do you recommend and when do i drink them. And lastly the workouts i should be doing at the gym and the intensity and when to do it. Please answer and thank you in advance.
