Sorry for the lengthy post. You don’t have to read it
I absolutely love going to the gym and value my health a lot.
My goal is to become a professional wrestler on the independent circuit so I’ve got to be in top shape. I follow a full body routine that WORKS for me but I’ve been criticized for following it.
The ones who have criticized me for following it are so called ”bodybuilding/fitness experts” The thing is I am not a bodybuilder and don’t really want to be one, although I do want a muscular physique like professional wrestlers, not like a pro-bodybuilder.
These so called experts criticized my routine because it’s not what they like, they forcibly want me to get on a routine of theirs, even though I’ve repeated MY ROUTINE WORKS FOR ME!. They’ve also labeled my routine as ”Phaggy”.
This has made me lose motivation because I feel like a complete newb, even though I’ve been weight training for two years finding an effective routine for myself (which is the one I follow)
