I weighed about 169 pounds in January and right now i weigh 152 pounds, I’m 17 years old and my height is 5’8 but I never exercised though every morning I only drink a fruit shake (I add lot fruits and mix them all together in the fruit extractor) before going to school which I think it helped me lose weight but my body still looks the same I still have belly fat, etc. How is this possible? I really want to lose belly fat and I want a slim face 🙁 What am I doing wrong?
