My school is going on a 5 day field trip in D.C. In a few weeks. I m not sure what s wrong with me but all I ve been thinking about for the past few months is my weight, and I m not over weight or anything. In D.C. for breakfast lunch and dinner we are going to eat only in food court food and buffets. This has been driving me insane because my odd fear of gaining weight. I know eating at fast foods and buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner isn t healthy, but I really need some ideas of some of the healthiest things I could get at fast foods. I don t know the places we are going to eat, but if someone could please list some types of food I could eat that would be awesome. Thank you. 🙂
