I want to go to University of Texas, any advice?

I’m a sophomore in high school and my GPA is extremely low from about a 2.7-3.2 range (I’m not sure) from taking advanced classes. I hate excuses, but I have been having a lot of home issues as well as mental issues that have impacted my motivation freshman and sophomore year. I consider myself a studious person as I got into a program that is allowing me to get my bachelor’s in biology before I graduate and am in various clubs. Is there a way I can make up for my awful underclassmen years? I’m a sophomore in high school and my GPA is very low, ranging from about a 2.7-3.2 range (I’m not sure) from taking advanced classes. I think that having my associates in biology, joining AP classes, improving my grades, and joining clubs would give me a really good chance but it is such a prestigious school and I want to go to college somewhere good.
