I’ve been exercising twice a day and on a diet for the past four weeks but no weight loss?

For the past four weeks I have been going on the treadmil twice a day for 30mins(I burn around about 184 calories each time) as well as wii fit once a day and in terms of diet I have gone from eating junkfood almost every meal to no junk food at all, but I haven’t lost any weight. I have also started derinking lots of water. Why haven’t I started losing weight?
