2. Never let them stay hungry
Kids need to have their stomachs full either way. That helps them stay calm and also helps them in taking naps in between. It is pretty common that they wouldn’t like the food provided in flights. So, what to do! Here is a handy trick – Every kid has a favorite food item. Be it cookies, chocolates or chips or anything else. Stop giving them their favorites for a week before your travel date. Carry them with you in the flight and give one at a time during the flight. As they hadn’t had it in a while they would be excited to eat and it wouldn’t be difficult for you to fill their stomach. If your kid like oats or pop corn, carry those small travel sachets with you. You can always ask the flight attendant to microwave them in the flight! Clever, right!
