Living a healthier lifestyle?

Hey, so I recently started living a healthier lifestyle and I have been trying to eat better which I have and I have been doing cheat meals each week but now I have seen that I do cheat meals like once or twice on fridays and saturdays and I don’t think it’s helping because I eat until I can’t anymore, it seems impossible for me to stop like my body is already programmed to eat on days like this what should I do to stop the cheat meals?
