Mass gainer or whey protein for muscle growth?

I am 6 ft 3 inches, 78 KGs with bmi of 21.4, BMR 1808 and bodyfat 12%. Already taking ultimate nutrition whey for 2 months, results have been fine, am able to grow muscle. However, I would like to increase my body size, gain upto 5ks more and get more energy. My physical activity is too high. Which would you recommend between whey and mass gainer??
