I have been eating high protein with little to no carbs for like 6 months, sometimes entering ketosis. I recently stopped working out and decided to just eat whatever I want, so I went from high protein and little to no carbs, to much lower protein and way higher carbs. I didn’t ease into it, I just instantly changed my diet. Now I have this minty menthol taste on my tongue. What is this and will it go away?
