4. Hit the Streets
Outdoor workout is one of the most important conditions of an effective fitness. Include in your exercise program regular jogs, jump rope, biking, skating, swimming, etc. If you don’t have even a half an hour to devote for performing the whole workout do at least your morning exercises outdoors which will keep you in “I love my body” shape. Also, have a short stroll before bed to prepare your body to a good sleep.
