My Brother and his wife decided what I could have of my Father’s, after he passed away.?

My Father passed away without creating a Will. He left 20 (or so) paintings that my brother and I both love.

After everything was shipped to Oregon, all the paintings went to my Brothers house, while my Fathers other belongings came to my house, sheets, bathroom items, pillows etc.

So, in my mind, I imagined it wouldn’t be long and him and I would go through each of the paintings and pick and choose how we wanted to split them up.

But… NO! He and his wife chose which ones to toss my way. There were paintings Id never even seen and do not like. He gave me 2 out of the 20.

I cant get over it and would take him to court if the law is in my favor. It is so unfair and so selfish and when I mention it he tells me that there is nothing to discuss, his mind was made up!

What can I do?
