Nearly positive that I have some permanent liver disease/damage. Can someone enlighten me (I won’t be able to get a checkup for weeks).?

Okay so I’m a 19-year-old, 118-pound male who has been infrequently drinking since the age of 14. That’s 5 years, and now I feel as if those years have finally culminated to some sort of permanent bodily damage. Once every few months, I’ll binge on either wine or hard liquor. I’ve had to purge from it once, another time I writhed in pain on the floor from too much Kahlua, and now, for the past couple days I’ve been feeling subtle pains in the area that my liver would be in. This is most definitely because I had about 8 or 9 shots of vodka two nights prior to this moment, and I’m experiencing the most severe anxiety and mental breakdowns because I’m sure my lifespan has been cut in half because of it. I just can’t calm down. My doctor will be out for a while so my appointment is for way later in the month. I need at least some clarity until then. Would about 5 years of infrequent hard liquor engagements give someone permanent liver damage to the point of fatal liver disease?
