2. Avoid watching at your phone, computer or TV before bedtime
Studies show that blue light that is emitted by screen of a phone, computer or TV suppresses the production of melatonin keeping you awake longer. That means that you will need to get up later than planned. If you use your smartphone as an alarm clock but have a habit to play some games or surf in the internet, then place your smartphone across the room just after setting the alarm clock. It will also helpful in getting up from the bed under the pretext that you need to turn off the alarm. Instead of watching at blue screen you can, for example, read some interesting book, paint or write something, etc.
