Tips on how to get through an exam when you have panic attacks during them?

I have exams coming up soon in school and almost every time I have to take exams I have either a mild or severe panic attack at some point during them.
I’m uncomfortable with having to sit in a quiet room with all those other students for such a long time and it’s very hard to focus on the test because i’m so sick to my stomach from my nerves. I really need to pass these exams and i’m very scared to take them, does anyone have any advice or tips to get through them without any panic attacks?
