You can even train the brain as it a muscle but this training has nothing in common with ordinary workouts which are needed to keep the whole body healthy. To train the brain carry out the procedures for better memory and faster mental processes. Unlike mental activity, physical activity is aimed to maintain health of the whole body including brain. It is important to do some stretches or jogging. If you have no possibility to go outside, go for a short walk around the office or do some excercises.
