Tiramisu is a delicate traditional Italian dessert classified as a cupcake. It was first made in Italy in the 1960s. Word ‘tiramisù’ means “pick me up”, “cheer me up”.
Tiramisu-lovers experience its quite tricky nature since its structure includes components which are, let’s say, trying to be equal when speaking about a taste. Tiramisu takes almost no time to prepare. It is prepared of ladyfingers (biscuits) dipped in coffee and a cream made of eggs yolks whipped with sugar, coffee, and mascarpone cheese. There are numerous variations of tiramisu. For example, coffee can be replaced by different ingredients such as chocolate, fruits, yogurt, coconut and other. It is flavored with cocoa and served in large glasses.
