Im one of those guys that has a relatively high metabolism so I’ve never been really fat and I can’t get fat even if I tried. I’m pretty skinny but I’m not weak and I have a good base which I think I could get bigger with. I don’t wanna get bodybuilder size I just wanna get cut and have more body mass. What kind of exercises or workout machines could help me go from skinny to buff?? Also I already know the whole thing about eating healthy and protein.
