Will the snow that northern Manitoba is supposed to get be good for the Alberta fire?

Well, on AccuWeather, there is a US forecast map for the end of the week. Well over the northern most parts of Manitoba and Ontario, there is a blue area that says “SNOW” on it. Assuming enough falls, gather it all up, haul it to Fort McMurray by train on refrigerated cars and build a huge wall of snow along the leading edge. The heat from the fire and the warmer weather there will melt the snow, causing the area to flood, limiting the fuel available. Or the snow can be dropped on it in huge amounts. BTW, the snow will evaporate, creating clouds.
